He has participated in IPO's, privatizations and management buyouts. He has managed Canadian and foreign owned financial institutions with assets combined of over $3 billion US. Mr. Sadler has extensive experience in Vendor program management and syndication of larger, structured financing.
Douglas Chau is a C.A. and C.P.A with over 30 years executive management experience in overseeing systems and portfolio and financial management for some of Canada's largest bank and non- bank commercial lending institutions. Mr. Chau provides LiftCapital with the financial acumen necessary to operate a successful business and the knowledge to ensure that LiftCapital's portfolio administration, compliance and customer service levels are consistently maintained at levels above industry standards.
With over 40 years of experience in equipment and vehicle leasing, structured financing, aviation lending and golf course mortgaging, Mr. McDonald's career has involved IPO's, management buyouts, workout management and debtor in possession financing. Mr. McDonald's management responsibilities have included Canadian and foreign owned financial services companies as well as his own businesses. Over a 40 year period he has directly managed the origination and servicing of over $1 billion in commercial leases and loans.
With over 25 years of experience in the banking and leasing industry, including Hongkong Bank of Canada, AT&T Capital, and Associates Capital Limited, Ms. Yalowica has spent the last 20 years in the roles of documentation audit, funding and syndication. Her knowledge of documentation and PPSA enables swift turn-around of deals resulting in the timely payments to suppliers while ensuring a secure position for LCC.
Customer service in financial services requires the dedication of employees to providing customers, vendors and suppliers with accurate, timely information. Mrs. Grosso's experience with sales, systems and contract administration provide LCC with customer service management that is not one dimensional.
With over 25 years of industry experience, Kim has worked in sales, marketing and funding support roles with AT&T Capital, Bombardier Capital and TD Asset Finance prior to joining LiftCapital. Ms. Braithwaite currently manages LiftCapital's entire sales process and specializes in franchise and aircraft documentation. Her management of the documentation process and her experience in working with customers and suppliers enables LCC to provide consistent, effective loan and lease processing.
With 26 years of experience in the leasing industry, including Tuckahoe Leasing, Merchant Private Trust, Associates and CitiCapital, Mary is LiftCapital's controller, specializing in all accounting related functions required in the preparation of our financial statements. Ms. Natola holds a Business Administration degree from Ryerson University.
Neelam specializes in credit underwriting and financial analysis to meet the needs of LiftCapital's diverse portfolio. She specializes in assessing, analysing and interpreting financial information and undertaking risk assessment analysis. She also has several years of experience in marketing and administration. Ms. Hakim holds an MA and Honours BA in Economics from York University and is enrolled in the CFA program.
Chris brings sales and marketing excellence to LiftCapital’s vendor programs and other lines of business. With his previous experience at Caterpillar Financial, Chris has a wealth of experience financing equipment for diverse industries, including material handling, construction, landscaping, transportation & logistics, and electric power generation. Chris holds a BCOM Honours in marketing from York University and is currently pursuing an MBA in Finance from the DeGroote School of Business.
Mark specializes in managing the Home Hardware program at LiftCapital. He has over 30 years of experience working in the transportation sector including fleet and consumer auto leasing. He has held executive positions with the likes of Foss National Leasing, Transportaction Leasing Systems Inc., and Leasemaster National.
A C.A. and MBA graduate from the University of Western Ontario, Craig is responsible for LiftCapital’s aircraft related financing. He is a private pilot with 3,500 hours on piston and turboprop aircraft with flying experience throughout North America and the Caribbean. Coupled with his aircraft experience, Craig’s diverse work background makes him an excellent addition to the LiftCapital team. He has worked as a consultant in the construction industry for 20 years and as consultant in the hospitality industries for 5 years in roles at Clarkson Gordon, Deloitte and MacKenzie Capital Corporation. Craig was also a part time instructor at Trent University and Ryerson University teaching in the Business Administration departments.
With 19 years of experience in financial services and leasing, including TD Bank, Newcourt Financial and CIT Financial, Ana has several years of experience working in customer service and accounts receivables. She currently specializes in contract maintenance from commencement to end of term, bookings, customer audits and inquires, payment applications, payouts, insurance, customer service and banking.
With 8 years of experience working in leasing and financing, Celia specializes in the preparation and delivery of lease and loan documentation. She also assists in processing applications, following up with end users for the execution and return of lease and loan documentation, maintaining communication with vendors and reviewing documentation for funding. Ms. Angelucci holds an Honors BA in Sociology & Psychology and a BA in Education from York University.
With 8 years of experience working in leasing and financing at LiftCapital Corporation, Jodi specializes in the preparation and delivery of lease and loan documentation. She also processes and underwrites small ticket credit applications. Ms. Nestoruk has experience working in the funding department and accounts payables.
